Key Stage 1 Athletics
Well done to the Year 2 children for gaining 3rd place in the KS1 Athletics competition.
Today we had our Year 2 Athletes take part in the annual Telford and Wrekin Indoor Athletics competition. We participated in 7 different sports that we had practised with Sensei during club. The events ranged from running to throwing and jumping and we had lots of fun.
The competition had 10 other schools taking part but most importantly all the children had lots of fun and were a credit to themselves and the school. We finished in 3rd place and were delighted with that. Well done to all the children who took part, you were fantastic.
