Who was Saint Joseph?
Saint Joseph was the husband of the Virgin Mary and the foster father of Jesus. Joseph was chosen by God as a trustworthy guardian and protector of Mary and Jesus. Joseph was a carpenter and he spent his life working very hard. He wanted to provide for his family.
I am delighted to be teaching Year 2 this year and look forward to taking the children on an exciting learning journey alongside Miss Keeble our fantastic HLTA.
Pupils in St Joseph will need need to remember that they must come to school in their PE kits on our designated PE days which are a Monday and Wednesday. Pupils should also bring their reading books into school every day.
